Erin Murphy, Secretary
Erin Murphy is currently Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Tower Research Capital LLC. She joined Tower in 2018. Ms. Murphy began her career as a Mergers and Acquisitions attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. She then joined Goldman, Sachs & Co’s legal department for 6 years supporting a variety of equity sales and trading businesses. After her time at Goldman, she worked at BlackRock where she held a variety of legal, operations and compliance roles between 2011 – 2018. Ms. Murphy earned her LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University and her Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Saint Mary’s University.
