Catherine Mullarney
Catherine Mullarney is a Director and Corporate Counsel at Apollo Global Management. She joined the Legal Team of Apollo in 2020 as AGM Counsel based in New York. Prior to that, Ms. Mullarney was as an Associate at Paul Weiss in the Mergers & Acquisitions group representing a diverse range of clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts. Ms. Mullarney received her J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an executive editor of the law review, and her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Georgetown University.
