Dilani Brown
In May 2022, Dilani graduated from City University of New York at Brooklyn College with a Bachelors in Urban Sustainability. While pursing their degree, they interned at the Creation Care Community organization and participated in a Socioecological Resilience Research Fellowship. Both organizations focused on environmental outreach work geared towards educating and informing neighborhoods in and around the five boroughs. These opportunities further motivated Dilani’s dedication to outreach work within their community as well as outside it.
When they are not studying or working, Dilani enjoys spending time with their sister, reading, and researching various coffee recipes.
