School Partners
Bring Futures and Options Into Your Classroom
Futures and Options partners with schools to deliver customizable career-readiness programming and paid internship opportunities that prepare students for life beyond the classroom and support their next steps into the professional world.
Our Program Coordinators facilitate Futures and Options’ curriculum through interactive, student-centered workshops and provide support through our structured internship program. Each partnership is intentionally tailored to a school’s goals, schedule, and student population.
Partnership Options for Schools
Career-Readiness Workshops
Schools may select individual workshops or request a multi-session workshop series aligned to student needs and priorities. Career readiness workshops are designed to improve hard and soft skills that will prepare students for the workforce.
Paid Internship Programs
Futures and Options connects students to paid, real-world internships with employer partners across multiple industries, providing hands-on experience and professional mentorship.
Our internship programming includes:
- Pre-internship preparation
- Site matching and placement support
- Ongoing coaching, check-ins, and progress monitoring
- Skill development aligned to real workplace expectations
Now more than ever, early work experience is a key indicator of post-secondary success. Futures and Options helps make that possible for students who might not otherwise have access to meaningful employment opportunities. Our students are not only matched with high-quality internships, but those placements are aligned with their career interests. We’re grateful for the role they play in helping our students thrive.
