David Johnston
David is an experienced restructuring professional, serving distressed companies in an interim capacity or as a lead restructuring advisor. He works with companies of various sizes, from middle-market to multibillion-dollar concerns across many industries. Known as a passionate collaborator and a people-oriented leader, David has developed and implemented a broad array of improvements that have quickly stabilized and evolved distressed businesses. He is also a skilled negotiator, working with lenders, suppliers, creditors, and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial results. David has a bachelor’s degree in economics, management, and accounting from Albion College in Michigan and is a certified public accountant, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and a Certified Turnaround Professional.
