Diane Arber
Diane Arber is a highly experienced senior Human Resources professional with over 30 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing global Human Capital Strategies focused on creating high performing teams. Diane retired in July 2022 as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG), where she oversaw Human Resources for Markets and Securities Services, Capital Markets Origination, Corporate and Investment Banking, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Private Bank and ICG Operations and Technology. In this capacity, she was responsible for the strategy and execution of all Human Resources functions, including organization design, talent development, recruitment, compensation, and diversity. In addition to her role within ICG, Diane was responsible for Human Resources Professional Services (HRPS), the global HR Generalist organization supporting all levels of managers. Diane began her career at predecessor firm Salomon Brothers in 1990 as a Human Resources Analyst. During her 30 years of service at Citi, she held several senior Human Resources positions in both New York and London before being appointed to Head of HR leadership role in 2008.
Diane is committed to giving back to her community, having served on the Board of The Center for Anti-Violence Education (CAE) from 2015 – 2022. CAE is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development and implementation of comprehensive violence prevention programs for individuals and organizations, providing underserved communities throughout the New York metropolitan area with skills to break cycles of violence.
