Grace Chiu
Grace Chiu has over 25 years of experience across risk, strategy, finance, and consulting, with a particular focus on Operational Risk at large banking institutions. She has been in first and second line of defense roles at JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Santander Bank facing off with U.S. and global regulators, internal audit, and internal stakeholders across business units. Currently, Grace is with TD Bank, N.A. and is responsible for the operational risk oversight of the U.S. Commercial and Consumer business units. She also serves as the Executive Sponsor for U.S. Risk Women at TD.
She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and received her Master of Business Administration at the Cornell University Johnson School in Finance. Grace lives in New York City with her husband, daughter, and son.
