Karli Holland
Karli has her Master’s Degree in Crosscultral Studies from Fuller Seminary and has been working to empower and support youth for 15 years. Prior to joining Future and Options, Karli designed and implemented after school leadership programs that promoted academic, social, and emotional growth in young people. Beyond her work within the US, Karli’s commitment to youth empowerment has led her to contribute internationally as well. She has engaged in various projects and initiatives in Guatemala, striving to improve the lives of youth around the world. Her cross-cultural experiences have enriched her understanding of different approaches to youth development and broadened her perspectives on how to address global challenges.
