Lisa Landstein
Lisa is a senior vice president, Human Resources and Employee Experience, for Voya Financial. In this role, Lisa serves as a strategic partner to both the business and Human Resources (HR), developing and implementing strategies that ensure Voya evolves and enriches the employee experience throughout the end-to-end employee journey. She also serves as the head of HR for Voya’s Finance, Risk & Strategy functions. Lisa is part of Voya’s Enterprise Leadership Team.
Lisa has more than 25 years of HR experience and over six years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) experience within financial services. Prior to her current role, she led the DEI efforts for Voya’s Investment Management (IM), Finance and Technology organizations, while also serving as a fellow with the CEO Action for Racial Equity. Together, with fellows representing other companies committed to DEI, she developed strategies and initiatives to address systemic racism and social injustice through public policies and corporate engagement.
In her previous roles, Lisa led HR for Voya IM Distribution, Product & Marketing, the Mutual Fund Platform and Legal & Compliance. Prior to joining Voya in August of 2010, Lisa held senior HR leadership roles at Apax Partners, AIG Investments and Cantor Fitzgerald. Lisa earned a B.A. in Psychology from Lehigh University, a Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology, both from Columbia University.
