The Internship Program
High school students gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for New York City’s leading corporations, thriving small businesses, and dynamic nonprofits.
Career Development & Exploration
Students sharpen their skills in public speaking, goal setting and time management, interviewing, and resume building, in interactive workshops.
Field trips, externships, and interactive events with companies like Morgan Stanley and Zurich North America bring career exploration to life.
Urban Leadership Fellows Program
In partnership with the The Municipal Forum of New York, Inc., Futures and Options offers an immersive six-week program for students to learn more about the Municipal Finance industry.
Alumni Engagement Program
Futures and Options program alumni access continued work-readiness, career exploration, mentorship, one-on-one coaching, and networking opportunities as they navigate applying to college and prepare for their future careers.
College Guidance Initiative
High school juniors and seniors learn about and prepare for college and post-secondary opportunities through monthly workshops and one-one-one counseling.
